Game Description

M.U.L.E. is a classic multiplayer strategy game released in 1983 for the Atari 400/800 home computer systems. Developed by Ozark Softscape, the game’s title is an acronym for “Multiple Use Labor Element,” and refers to the player-controlled robots used to gather resources on a distant planet. The goal of the game is to manage resources and compete against other players to build the most prosperous colony. M.U.L.E. features a unique combination of strategy and economic simulation gameplay, with real-time auctions for resources. The game has since been ported to several other platforms, including the NES, Commodore 64, and MS-DOS.
