Game Description
Mega Man X8 is an action-platformer game developed by Capcom for PlayStation 2 and Microsoft Windows. The game features 2D side-scrolling gameplay with 3D graphics. Players control Mega Man X, Zero, and Axl as they battle against Mavericks and uncover a conspiracy involving a new energy source called “Force Metal.” X8 introduces new gameplay mechanics such as a tag team system, weapon leveling, and the ability to perform special moves called “Axl Bullets.”
