Game Description
Cannon Spike is an overhead shooter developed by Psikyo and released in 2000 for the Sega Dreamcast. The game features six playable characters, each with their own unique weapons and special moves, as they fight through various levels to defeat a group of terrorists. The game features a “bullet hell” style of gameplay, with players dodging and weaving through waves of enemy fire while trying to eliminate as many enemies as possible. Cannon Spike also features a two-player cooperative mode, allowing players to team up and fight through the game’s levels together. The game received mixed reviews, with critics praising its fast-paced gameplay and graphics, but criticizing its lack of depth and replayability.
