Who Wants to Beat Up a Millionaire? is a video game developed by the company, Simon & Schuster Interactive, and released in 2000. The game was a parody of the popular TV show, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, and was noted for its satirical take on the show’s host, Regis Philbin. The player takes on the role of a contestant who has lost all their money on the show and is now seeking revenge on the host. The game allows players to beat up a virtual Regis Philbin with a variety of weapons, including fish and baseball bats, among others. The game received mixed reviews, with critics praising the humor but criticizing the gameplay.
