WCW Backstage Assault Description
WCW Backstage Assault is a professional wrestling video game that was released in 2000 for the Nintendo 64 and PlayStation consoles. Unlike most wrestling games, Backstage Assault took place exclusively behind the scenes, with all matches taking place in backstage areas like loading docks and boiler rooms. The game featured over 50 wrestlers from World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and included both single-player and multiplayer modes. Despite its innovative concept, the game was widely criticized for its poor graphics and lack of actual wrestling matches.
