Game Description

“Pinball” for the NES was one of the earliest video game adaptations of the classic arcade game of pinball. The game featured a simple, two-dimensional playfield with flippers controlled by the player, as well as various bumpers, targets, and ramps to aim for. The objective was to score as many points as possible by keeping the ball in play and hitting various targets to activate different modes and bonuses.

While “Pinball” was not particularly groundbreaking or innovative, it did introduce a new generation of gamers to the joys of playing pinball on a home console. The game also featured a “multi-ball” mode, which was a new feature for video game pinball at the time.

Overall, “Pinball” was a solid and enjoyable early entry in the video game pinball genre, and helped pave the way for more complex and sophisticated pinball simulations in the years to come.
