Liero Description

Liero is a freeware game released in 1998 for Microsoft Windows. It was developed by Finnish programmer Joosa Riekkinen and is a 2D action game that involves two worms fighting each other in real-time. The game is played on a single screen and features destructible terrain and a variety of weapons and power-ups. Liero became a cult classic and has since spawned numerous clones and remakes.
