List of Back to the Future Video Games and Stats (2024)

The Back to the Future video game franchise consists of a series of episodic graphic adventure games developed and published by Telltale Games. The games are based on the Back to the Future film series created by Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale.

The first game in the franchise, simply titled “Back to the Future: The Game,” was released in 2010 as a downloadable title for various platforms, including PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, Wii, and iOS. The game features a new story that takes place six months after the events of the third film, in which Marty McFly must travel back in time to prevent a catastrophic event from altering the timeline.

The game received generally positive reviews, with praise directed towards its faithful representation of the Back to the Future universe, as well as its engaging story and characters. The game also features the voice talents of Christopher Lloyd, who reprises his role as Doc Brown, and a sound-alike for Michael J. Fox, who played Marty McFly in the films.

Two additional episodes were later released, with the full season later released on physical media as well. The game was followed by a mobile game in 2011, titled “Back to the Future: The Game – Episode 1 HD.”
