Game Description
“Warhammer: Vermintide 2” is a cooperative first-person action game developed and published by Fatshark. It was released on March 8, 2018, and is available on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
Set in the grim and dark fantasy world of Warhammer, “Vermintide 2” is the sequel to “Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide.” The game continues the story of the heroic adventures of a group of heroes known as the Ubersreik Five, who are battling against the forces of Chaos and the Skaven, a race of rat-like creatures.
In “Vermintide 2,” players can choose from five distinct characters, each with their unique abilities, weapons, and playstyles. The characters are: Markus Kruber (Mercenary, Huntsman, Foot Knight), Bardin Goreksson (Ranger Veteran, Ironbreaker, Slayer), Kerillian (Waystalker, Handmaiden, Shade), Victor Saltzpyre (Witch Hunter Captain, Bounty Hunter, Zealot), and Sienna Fuegonasus (Battle Wizard, Pyromancer, Unchained).
The game features a cooperative gameplay style, where teams of up to four players work together to complete missions and survive waves of enemies. Players must fight hordes of Skaven, Chaos warriors, and other enemies in intense melee and ranged combat encounters.
Throughout the game, players can collect loot and acquire new weapons and equipment to improve their characters’ abilities and customize their playstyles. Each character has a unique talent tree, allowing players to specialize in various roles, such as tanking, support, or DPS (damage per second).
