Game Description
The Shield: The Game is a 2007 third-person shooter video game developed by Point of View, Inc. and published by Aspyr Media. The game is based on the television series of the same name and follows the adventures of Vic Mackey, a corrupt police officer in Los Angeles. Players control Mackey and must complete a variety of missions while avoiding capture by the police and rival gang members. The game features a mix of shooting and hand-to-hand combat gameplay, as well as stealth and puzzle-solving elements. The game was well-received upon release, with critics praising its faithful adaptation of the television show and solid gameplay mechanics.
