Game Description
Star Fleet I: The War Begins is a space combat simulation game developed by Interstel Corporation and released in 1984. Set in a fictional universe where the player controls the Federation and battles against the Klingons, the Romulans, and the Gorn, the game features tactical combat and strategic resource management. The player must build and manage a fleet of starships, recruit and train personnel, and research new technologies. The game offers a variety of missions, including convoy escorts, rescue operations, and planetary assaults, and features an in-game encyclopedia that provides detailed information about the game’s fictional universe.
