Game Description
Rebel Planet is a classic text adventure game released in 1984 by Brian Howarth and was the first in the three-part “Lone Wolf” series. The player takes on the role of Lone Wolf, the last surviving member of an elite order of Kai lords, who must stop the evil forces of the Darklords from taking over the world of Magnamund. The game features an open-world exploration system, turn-based combat, and an RPG-style character development system. Rebel Planet received critical acclaim for its story, gameplay, and atmosphere, becoming one of the most successful and influential text adventure games of the 1980s.
