Game Description

M.U.S.C.L.E., also known as Muscle Tag Match, is a 2D action game developed and published by Bandai for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1985. It is based on the Japanese anime and manga series Kinnikuman, which follows a group of wrestlers with superhuman abilities.

In the game, players control one of six different M.U.S.C.L.E. characters as they navigate through various stages and defeat enemy wrestlers. Each character has different abilities and moves, and players can collect power-ups to improve their performance.

M.U.S.C.L.E. was not a particularly successful game upon its release, but it has since gained a cult following for its unique gameplay and tie-in to the Kinnikuman franchise. It was also one of the earliest examples of a licensed anime-based video game.
