Jewels of Darkness Description
Jewels
of Darkness is a text adventure game series released by Level 9 Computing in
the 1980s. The series consisted of three interconnected games, “Colossal
Adventure,” “Adventure Quest,” and “Dungeon
Adventure,” that were played on the same engine. Players controlled an
adventurer, and had to explore a fantasy world, solve puzzles, and fight
monsters in order to collect jewels and unlock secrets. The series is known
for its rich narrative and immersive gameplay, and is considered a classic in
the text adventure genre.
