Heartland Description
Heartland is a role-playing game developed by Omnitrend Software and published by Strategic Simulations in 1986. The game was released for the Apple II and Commodore 64 platforms and takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where the player must lead a group of survivors to safety. The game was notable for its detailed character creation system, which allowed the player to customize each character’s abilities and attributes. The game also featured a complex storyline with multiple branching paths and a vast open-world environment to explore.
