Game Description

Dragon Power is an action-adventure video game developed by TOSE and released by Bandai for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1986. The game was based on the anime series Dragon Ball, which was popular in Japan at the time.

In Dragon Power, the player controls a young boy named Goku, who has superhuman strength and is on a quest to collect the seven Dragon Balls. The game is played from a side-scrolling perspective and features a variety of enemies and bosses that Goku must defeat.

Goku can attack enemies with a variety of martial arts moves and also has the ability to shoot energy blasts. The game also features various power-ups and items that can be collected, including health items and power capsules that increase Goku’s abilities.

Dragon Power was notable for being one of the earliest video games based on the Dragon Ball franchise, which has since become one of the most popular anime and manga franchises in the world. However, the game received mixed reviews upon its release, with some critics praising its graphics and sound, while others criticized its repetitive gameplay and lack of depth.
