Cobra is a classic arcade video game released by Ocean Software in 1986. It is a side-scrolling shooter game that was based on the popular movie “Cobra” starring Sylvester Stallone.
In Cobra, players control the character of Marion “Cobra” Cobretti as he fights his way through a series of levels filled with enemy thugs and vehicles. The game features a variety of weapons and power-ups that can be collected throughout the levels, including a machine gun and a rocket launcher.
The gameplay in Cobra is fast-paced and action-packed, with players needing to dodge enemy fire while taking out as many enemies as possible. The game features several boss battles that require players to use their skills and weapons to defeat powerful opponents.
Cobra was released for several home computer systems, including the Commodore 64 and Amstrad CPC. Although it received mixed reviews upon its release, it is still remembered as a fun and challenging shooter game that was based on a popular movie franchise.
