Game Description
Bomberman II is a video game developed by Hudson Soft and released for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1991. It is the second game in the Bomberman series to be released for the NES.
In Bomberman II, the player controls Bomberman, a character who must navigate through various mazes and defeat enemies by strategically placing bombs. The game features both a single-player campaign and a multiplayer mode that allows up to four players to compete against each other.
The game includes new features not present in the original Bomberman game, such as the ability to kick bombs and pick up and throw bombs over walls. It also features new power-ups that can enhance Bomberman’s abilities, such as the ability to increase the number of bombs he can place or the blast radius of his bombs.
Bomberman II was well-received upon its release, with critics praising its addictive gameplay and improved graphics and sound compared to the first game in the series. It has since become a classic and has been ported to other platforms, including the Game Boy and Virtual Console.
