Game Description
Abomination: The Nemesis Project is a real-time tactics game developed by British studio Hothouse Creations and released in 1999. The game is set in a near-future world where a virus has been released that turns people into mutant monsters. The player takes control of a team of special forces soldiers tasked with investigating the outbreak and finding a cure. The game features a strategic mode, where players can plan and coordinate their team’s movements, as well as a tactical mode, where players can take direct control of their soldiers in combat. The game also includes base-building elements, where players can construct and upgrade their team’s facilities. The game received mixed reviews, with praise for its innovative gameplay mechanics, but criticism for its dated graphics and repetitive missions.
