“The Walking Dead” is a popular episodic video game series developed and published by Telltale Games. The first season of the game was released in 2012 and was based on the popular comic book and TV series of the same name. The game is a graphic adventure game where players make choices that affect the game’s story and outcome.

The game follows the story of a convicted criminal named Lee Everett, who finds himself in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. He meets a young girl named Clementine and the two form a bond as they try to survive in a world overrun by the undead.

The game’s success led to the development of three additional seasons, as well as a spin-off game called “The Walking Dead: Michonne.” The series has been praised for its strong writing and emotional storytelling, as well as its unique gameplay mechanics that allow players to shape the story through their choices. However, the series was abruptly cancelled when Telltale Games went bankrupt in 2018, leaving the final season unfinished. The final season was later completed by Skybound Games, a company founded by the creator of the comic book series, Robert Kirkman.
