List of Skate Video Games and Stats (2024)

The Skate video game franchise is a series of skateboarding video games developed by EA Black Box and published by Electronic Arts. The franchise began in 2007 with the release of the first game, Skate, on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The gameplay of Skate focused on using the right analog stick to control the skateboard and perform tricks, in contrast to other skateboarding games at the time which relied on button inputs. The game was praised for its more realistic and intuitive control system, as well as its open-world environments.

The success of the first game led to the release of two sequels, Skate 2 in 2009 and Skate 3 in 2010. Each new installment added new features and improvements, such as the ability to get off the board and move objects in Skate 2, and a wider range of customization options in Skate 3.

In addition to the main games, the franchise also featured several spin-offs, including Skate It for the Wii and Skate 3D for mobile devices.
