In 2005, a second game titled “Fullmetal Alchemist 2: Curse of the Crimson Elixir” was released for PlayStation 2. This game introduced new characters and storylines while still following the overall plot of the series.
Several other games were released over the years, including “Fullmetal Alchemist: Dual Sympathy” for Nintendo DS in 2005, “Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood” for PlayStation Portable in 2009, and “Fullmetal Alchemist: To the Promised Day” for PlayStation Portable in 2010.
The Fullmetal Alchemist games received mixed to positive reviews, with praise for their adherence to the source material and engaging gameplay, but criticism for their sometimes repetitive and simplistic mechanics. Despite this, the franchise remains popular among fans of the anime and manga.
