list of Dino Crisis video gamesDino Crisis is a survival horror video game franchise created by Shinji Mikami and developed by Capcom. The series began with the release of the first game in 1999 and includes two sequels.

The first game takes place on an isolated research facility where a team of special forces agents are sent to investigate a series of mysterious incidents. The team discovers that the facility is overrun by genetically modified dinosaurs and must fight to survive and escape. The game was known for its similar gameplay mechanics to the Resident Evil series, with the addition of dinosaur enemies and a few unique features such as the ability to stun enemies by shooting their vital organs.

The success of the first game led to the development of a sequel, Dino Crisis 2, which was released in 2000. This game featured more action-oriented gameplay, with a greater emphasis on fighting against hordes of dinosaurs. The story takes place several years after the events of the first game and follows a new team of special forces agents who are sent to investigate another outbreak of dinosaurs.

The third and final game in the series, Dino Crisis 3, was released in 2003 for the Xbox console. This game takes place in the distant future on a spaceship called the Ozymandias, where a team of space marines must fight against mutated dinosaurs and other deadly creatures. The game received mixed reviews from critics and fans, with many criticizing the game’s departure from the survival horror gameplay of the first two games.

Despite the popularity of the first two games, the franchise has been dormant since the release of Dino Crisis 3, with no new games or remasters announced in recent years.
