List of Commander Keen Video Games and Stats (2023)

Commander Keen is a series of side-scrolling platformer video games developed by id Software and published by Apogee Software. The franchise was created by Tom Hall and the first game, Commander Keen in Invasion of the Vorticons, was released in 1990 for MS-DOS.

The games follow the adventures of a young boy named Billy Blaze, who dons a football helmet to become the heroic Commander Keen. In the first trilogy of games, Billy discovers a spaceship in his backyard and sets out to save the galaxy from the evil Vorticons. In subsequent games, he battles other villains such as the Shikadi, the Bloogs, and the Grand Intellect.

The series is known for its colorful graphics, humor, and fast-paced gameplay. It was one of the earliest platformer games for PC and was influential in the development of the genre. The franchise has had several sequels and spin-offs over the years, including Commander Keen in Goodbye, Galaxy!, Commander Keen: Aliens Ate My Babysitter!, and a mobile game called Keen Dreams.
