list of ClayFighter video gamesClayFighter is a fighting game franchise that began in 1993 with the release of the first game, “ClayFighter” for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Developed by Visual Concepts and published by Interplay, the game featured characters made of clay, humor, and parodies of popular culture. The game was a success, and it spawned a series of sequels and spin-offs.

The second game in the series, “ClayFighter 2: Judgment Clay,” was released in 1994, also for the Super Nintendo. It introduced new characters and gameplay mechanics. A third game, “ClayFighter 63?,” was released for the Nintendo 64 in 1997. It featured updated graphics and additional characters, as well as new gameplay modes.

In 1998, a spin-off game titled “ClayFighter: The Sculptor’s Cut” was released exclusively for Blockbuster Video rentals. It was essentially an enhanced version of “ClayFighter 63?,” featuring additional characters and gameplay modes.

In 1999, a fourth game in the series, “ClayFighter 63?: Sculptor’s Cut,” was released for the Nintendo 64. It was similar to the previous game, but featured additional characters and improved graphics.

The ClayFighter franchise has been dormant since the release of “ClayFighter: Call of Putty,” a mobile game released in 2016. However, fans of the series continue to express interest in a new installment, and there have been rumors and speculation about a possible comeback in the future.
